2tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
250ml semi-skimmed milk
1tbs cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2tsp shelled hemp seeds
½tsp vanilla extract
3-4 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
