Raspberry Peanut Smoothie

This week we’ve been working on a raspberry peanut smoothie based on the classic combo ‘peanut butter and jelly’. Made with frozen raspberries it’s packed with nutrients and not too sweet!


1tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
½ banana, frozen if possible
handful (approx 50g) frozen raspberries
200ml semi-skimmed milk
2tbs plain Greek yogurt
1tsp honey
1tsp ground flaxseeds (linseeds)


Place all the ingredients for the raspberry peanut smoothie in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth
