Would you DARE try our Peanut Butter and Bacon smoothie? It has as much protein as a powdered shake but is much more satisfying.
- 3 rashers of streaky bacon
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
- 1tbsp Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
- 100ml milk
- Grill or fry your bacon until it’s crispy and set aside to cool.
- Chop the banana and blend with the ice-cream, peanut butter and milk until smooth.
- Crumble 2 of your bacon rashers into the mix and blitz again for a few seconds to break up the pieces. This will ensure the bacon isn’t completely powderized.
- Pour into a glass and decorate with the remaining piece of bacon.
