Peanut Butter and Bacon Smoothie

Would you DARE try our Peanut Butter and Bacon smoothie? It has as much protein as a powdered shake but is much more satisfying.

Ingredients:
  • 3 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
  • 1tbsp Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
  • 100ml milk

Method:

  1. Grill or fry your bacon until it’s crispy and set aside to cool.
  2. Chop the banana and blend with the ice-cream, peanut butter and milk until smooth.
  3. Crumble 2 of your bacon rashers into the mix and blitz again for a few seconds to break up the pieces. This will ensure the bacon isn’t completely powderized.
  4. Pour into a glass and decorate with the remaining piece of bacon.
