Here’s a healthy Peanut butter snack to help boost your protein without adding extra carbs! By Sandwiching Hi-PRO peanut butter (and other goodies) with apple pieces, you’ve got a quick and easy sweet treat.
2 apples, washed and cored
2tbs Hi-PRO crunchy peanut butter
2tbs mixed dried fruit
Serves: Makes 2
Remove a small slice from the top and bottom of each apple then cut them in half horizontally. Spread the bottom half of each apple with Hi-PRO peanut butter then sprinkle with dried fruit and granola.
Top with remaining apple slices, pressing down gently to make sandwiches.
