Before an early morning workout, it’s best to have a protein breakfast to give you a boost. This Morning Boost Fruit and Peanut Butter Smoothie is delicious and gives you 12.5g of protein in each serving.
1 cup of raspberries
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of Hi-Pro smooth peanut butter
1 cup of ice cubes
250-500ml of water
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth for this high protein breakfast.
