Melt-In-The-Middle Peanut Butter Brownies

This peanut butter brownies recipe helps you make a melt-in-the-middle tray of treats, packed with protein.


115g Lucybee Coconut Oil
250g Lindt Dark Choc
150g Honey
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup spelt flour
2 Tablespoons Creative Nature Superfoods cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

185g Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 cup Sukrin icing
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons @alpro almond milk

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 8


  1. Melt the chocolate & coconut oil
  2. Throw the other brownie ingredients together & blend in the melted chocolate combo
  3. Blend together the peanut butter filling
  4. Spoon half Choc mix into a non-stick baking tray, place then PB mix on top & cover with rest of choc mixture
  5. Throw in the oven for 20 mins on 180 degrees until just cooked to allow the middle to be squidgy and soft
  6. Allow to cool & enjoy the gooey Choc PB absolute mouthwatering creation
