
Melt-In-The-Middle Peanut Butter Brownies
This peanut butter brownies recipe helps you make a melt-in-the-middle tray of treats, packed with protein.
Ingredients:
115g Lucybee Coconut Oil
250g Lindt Dark Choc
150g Honey
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup spelt flour
2 Tablespoons Creative Nature Superfoods cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
185g Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 cup Sukrin icing
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons @alpro almond milk
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8
Method:
- Melt the chocolate & coconut oil
- Throw the other brownie ingredients together & blend in the melted chocolate combo
- Blend together the peanut butter filling
- Spoon half Choc mix into a non-stick baking tray, place then PB mix on top & cover with rest of choc mixture
- Throw in the oven for 20 mins on 180 degrees until just cooked to allow the middle to be squidgy and soft
- Allow to cool & enjoy the gooey Choc PB absolute mouthwatering creation
