Malty Peanut Smoothie

A delicious combination – leave out the honey if you like it less sweet. The hemp and linseeds provide extra protein, omega-3’s and fibre. Also, our malty peanut butter smoothie recipe tastes like maltesers, which is another bonus!


2tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
300ml semi-skimmed milk
1 sachet instant malt drink/powder (approx 2tbs)
2tsp shelled hemp seeds
1tsp honey
1tsp ground flaxseeds (linseeds)


Place all the ingredients for the malty peanut butter smoothie recipe in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
