High Protein Peanut Butter and Fruit Muesli

150g Jumbo Porridge Oats
30g Hi-PRO Crunchy Peanut Butter
85ml freshly squeezed Orange
200ml cold Water
150ml Natural Yogurt
2tbsp clear Honey
1 Lemon
1 medium Apple
1 punnet of 125g Raspberries
1 medium banana
20g Almonds

Serves: Serves 3-4 people


  1. Put 150g Porridge Oats into a bowl
  2. Stir in 85ml of freshly squeezed juice from an Orange and 200ml of cold water
  3. Cover with cling film and store in fridge overnight. Take out of fridge the next morning and remove the cling film
  4. Stir in 150ml of Natural Yogurt and 2tbsp of clear honey.
  5. Grate the zest of 1 Lemon into the mixture and stir well.
  6. Quarter, core and grate 1 Apple into the mixture and stir well.
  7. Top the mixture with approx. 30g of Hi-PRO Crunchy Peanut Butter
  8. Slice 1 Banana and add it to the top of the mixture with 1 punnet of Raspberries and the Almonds.
  9. Serve and enjoy, especially the great tasting Hi-PRO Crunchy Peanut Butter.
