
High Protein Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
1½tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
large handful fresh spinach leaves, washed
1 large carrot, grated
1tsp ground flax seeds (linseeds)
250ml water
3-4 ice cubes
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Leave to stand in the blender for a couple of minutes before pouring into a glass. The linseeds will cause to smoothie to thicken slightly.
