
High Protein Peanut, Almond and Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:
250ml unsweetened almond milk (you can use rice milk)
20g Hi-Pro Smooth Peanut Butter
40g Gluten Free Oats
Half an Avocado
10g Ground Almonds
1tsp Organic Cocoa Powder
25g Chocolate Whey
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Method:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Pulse until smooth.
Mix until you reach a smooth consistency.
