This is the perfect recipe to personalise to your tastes and whatever is available at the moment. Just combine Hi-PRO, yoghurt, milk and your choice of fruit, to make a delicious pre-workout protein hit. We used plums and nectarines for a delicious winter combo.
1tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 pot fruit yogurt (we used one with 3% fat)
2 fresh plums, de-stoned and roughly chopped
1 fresh nectarine, de-stoned and roughly chopped
200ml semi-skimmed milk
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
