Ingredients:
1 tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
large handful fresh mango pieces (approx 75g)
1 medium eating apple, washed, quartered and cored, skin left on
1 pear, washed, stalk and pips removed
1tbs ground flax seeds (linseeds)
150ml water
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth
