Ingredients:
2tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1tsp instant coffee
100ml boiling water
200ml milk
2tbs plain greek yoghurt
½tsp vanilla extract
1tsp honey
4-5 ice cubes

Method:
Mix the coffee with boiling water to dissolve then chill to make this coffee protein shake. Once the coffee is chilled, place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
