Charlotte’s three step breakfast oats

Wake up the right way! Charlotte’s three step breakfast oats contain the right amount of goodness to really help kick start your day.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Medjool dates (pitted, roughly chopped)
  • Generous pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Hi-PRO Peanut Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of water or plant milk


  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Blueberries (fruit of your choice)
  • Hi-PRO Peanut Butter


  1. Heat a pan on a medium heat.
  2. Add all of your ingredients to the pan and stir constantly until creamy and ready to serve.
  3. Serve your oats and with maple syrup or honey, fresh blueberries and Hi-PRO Peanut Butter.
