Ingredients:

1 banana
200ml semi-skimmed milk
140g pot vanilla yogurt
5tbs (approx 50g) oats
2tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 tsp honey
handful ice

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
