With so many protein shake recipes around, you can enjoy plenty of variety. This Banana, Coconut and Peanut Butter Shake uses Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter to create a delicious smoothie.
200ml coconut water
100ml coconut milk
3 pitted dates
2tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
Optional: 2tsp maca powder or maca/hemp/cacao powder mix for an energy boost
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
