
Banana and Peanut Butter Flapjacks
Ingredients:
100g Oats
1 Banana
60g Hi-PRO Peanut Butter
20g Dark Chocolate
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 12
Method:
- Mash together the oats and the banana
- Spread out onto grease proof paper to create the base
- Spread a layer of Hi-PRO crunchy peanut butter
- Drizzle over some melted dark chocolate
- Place in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
- Slice into bars or bites
- Bon appetite!
