Banana and Peanut Butter Flapjacks


100g Oats
1 Banana
60g Hi-PRO Peanut Butter
20g Dark Chocolate

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves: 12


  1. Mash together the oats and the banana
  2. Spread out onto grease proof paper to create the base
  3. Spread a layer of Hi-PRO crunchy peanut butter
  4. Drizzle over some melted dark chocolate
  5. Place in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
  6. Slice into bars or bites
  7. Bon appetite!
