1½ tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
200ml Almond milk (slightly sweetened variety)
2tbs low fat Greek vanilla yogurt
2tbs oatmeal
2tbs raisins
1tbs ground almonds


Place all the almond milk smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground almonds if desired
