If you’re looking for a high protein breakfast, our Peanut Butter, Chia & Cacao Layer Pot brings together high protein and tasty ingredients to create an EPIC breakfast.
3tbsp chia seeds
1 cup of nut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
4 tbsp granola
Optional toppings: blueberries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- For the chia pudding layer, stir the chia seeds and vanilla extract into the milk. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again and then place in the fridge (up to overnight) until the milk has been absorbed by the chia seeds.
- For the peanut butter & cacao layer place bananas, avocado, cacao powder and peanut butter into blender / food processor and blend until all are combined well. Place in the fridge (up to overnight) until well chilled.
- To make the layered pot, start with the granola at the bottom. Add a layer of peanut butter & cacao, then a layer of chia pudding. Repeat with a layer of peanut butter & cacao, then a layer of chia pudding.
- Add toppings to finish and serve this epic high protein breakfast.
