No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

90g oats
40g honey
50g Hi-PRO peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, whatever you prefer)

Extra ingredients: anything you want can be added to our no bake cookies. I’ve used dark chocolate chips, mixed fruit/nuts and white chocolate chunks with cranberries and raisins.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

Method:

  1. Mix the oats, honey and peanut butter together in a bowl.
  2. Add any extra ingredients you fancy, I’ve made 3 different types of cookies by adding dark chocolate chips, mixed nuts and fruit, white chocolate chunks, cranberries and raisins.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and it’s as simple as that, no baking needed.

This recipe can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free oats. Such a quick and easy recipe, enjoy.
