Iron Boost Smoothie

Introducing the our new smoothie – The Iron Boost. Made with raw beetroot and spinach, upgrade your diet with high iron recipes and enjoy this muscle-repairing, energy boosting nutrient.

Ingredients:

1tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 small raw beetroot, peeled and grated
handful fresh spinach leaves
1 small carrot, grated
5 red grapes
1cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
pinch chilli powder
150ml water

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
