- 100g Hi-PRO Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 40g Coconut Oil
- 100g Raisins
- 50g Dates
- 100g Toasted Oats
- 50g Cashew Nuts
- Blitz all of the ingredients in a mixer until smooth and then shape into balls.
- For an added coconut boost, try rolling in some coconut flour.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
