Blender’s at the ready! Why not mix up our Green Tea Protein Smoothie? All the benefits of green tea plus fresh fruit, vegetables and a 10g protein boost from peanut butter.

Ingredients:

1tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 green tea bag
200ml boiling water
1 pear, washed, stalk and pips removed
½ apple, washed, cored and roughly chopped
2cm piece cucumber, washed and roughly chopped
2 broccoli florets, washed
1tsp flax seeds

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
