Really Green Smoothie

 

St Patrick’s Day doesn’t have to mean waking up the day after like you’ve been in a scrum with the Irish Rugby team. Celebrate with our Gaelic cousins the healthy way with our Really Green Smoothie.

Ingredients:

1tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
3cm piece of cucumber, washed but not peeled
1 small pear, washed, stalk and pips removed
large handful fresh spinach leaves
5 green grapes
½ lime, juice only
150ml water

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth
