Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

 

We’re totally hooked on this new smoothie. It’s our Apple Pie Protein Smoothie. It’s dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, delicious and packs 11.6g of protein!

Ingredients:

1½ tbs Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
1 medium eating apple, washed, quartered and cored, skin left on
100ml apple juice (not from concentrate)
200ml almond milk, slightly sweetened
good pinch mixed spice

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with an extra pinch of mixed spice if desired
